SO YOU'VE GOT SOME DOUGH!
The first step is to let your dough acclimate to room temperature. About 10 minutes on the counter works great! Preheat your oven to 400-450* depending on how crisp you like your crust.
Use your hands to gently shape the dough into a disc, trying your best to keep the thickness of the dough even.
Sprinkle some flour on a clean kitchen surface or a cookie sheet and coat the dough as well. Use your hands or a rolling pin to stretch the dough into a 10-to-12 inch circle depending on how thin you prefer your crust. Add your toppings!
Bake on a floured, preheated pizza stone or cookie sheet. If you'd prefer, you can also use parchment paper to keep your dough from sticking. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until your crust is golden brown and the cheese begins to bubble.
